Happened to me once irl, i don't really have happy family when i was a kid. My big bro one night yelling so hard when my dad tried to hit him, i was so terrified, waking up by that scream, all i realized next is my pajamas are soaked and i'm standing in a puddle of water. i'm putting some of my real world event on my comic so the scenario would be more realistic! (My family are better now though~)

This page is probably the one that hits me hardest. Being born in Russia my dad was always at the pub drinking vodka. He'd come home drunk and I would be sat on the couch with mum watching some cartoons before bed. Dad would come in shouting and everything. One night he told me to go upstairs to bad being and obedient cub I did, but just as I was about to go upstairs my dad would be screaming and shouting at mum for no reason as I stood there trembling with fear. I tried to scream but no noise came out and I was just stood there my PJs soaked and a puddle at my paws. All I could do was run upstairs crying I was so scared I just wanted to hide under my blankets. (Fortunately my mum eventually broke up with my dad and we're much happier now)

Man this hit home a bit. It sucks that such things like this can happen to people. In things like this it's always the children whom are hurt more from the incidents as depicted above. But I do hope all is much better now than before and great work on this piece buddy
