Wow, I didn't expect so many of you to reply, let alone so quickly! There was such outpouring of inquiries I thought it'd be better to make a public post rather than reply individually. I wish I could accept them all, but I arrived on an agreement with someone.

If I ever happen to open standard commissions again (non-tier reward commissions), I'll be sure to do them here!
