imagine if you tried bloating with prune juice. your belly would be crazy bloated and loud too although there is a laxative effect just to warn you in case you decide to try it. this is mix of a request and a suggestion but it is your choice.

i seen someone similar to your size someone drink about half of a bottle and she was pretty full and was very bloated and gurgly from it so probably that much unless you wanna go above and beyond and drink the whole thing which is something i would like to see someone do but its your choice or just drink as much as you feel comfortable drinking. and sorry for the late response.
