Update time!

And we're back to productive weeks, finally! As expected, this week was spent tinkering with tech. I've hammered out the basics of my new dialogue system. I've taken lessons from Bell Masters very basic dialogue system and from the parts of Fungus I actually liked and I'm working towards a happy middle ground where I get both the nice tool visualization and easy editing that comes with it, as well as the power and flexibility of a low level simple solution that I can extend as the need arises. Here's a screenshot of what the tool looks like right now:

This system is the first step in bringing into Unity some Renpy-like functionality (save anytime, text skipping and if all goes well, rollback). If there's interest, I can do a deeper dive into the details of this tool and what each node type represents, but for now I've bored you with enough tech. 

On the art side Chris is nearly done with the games logo and Phoenix delivered the third and final character concept art. This means we are about a week or two away from the point where I can finally reveal the games name, premise, and main girls. I'm super excited to see what you'll think about it all! Once that's done I'll add the new game to this Patreon page officially with a bit of a visual redesign and a new, updated roadmap post.
