Hello friends! Today I worked on:

  • Bone Spear - this is a creepy monster from the older editions of D&D that revolved around Planescape. It should print well both in FDM and resin but do be careful removing supports in the mouth. I recommend actually angling it upward so no supports are needed on the antennae in FDM. For resin users the presupported file is supplied. 
  • Hecaton - here is a strange construct that a patron homebrewed for their Theros game. Its a architectural focused construct with a Venus Demilo look that has its spectoral arms float around doing various building tasks. The spectoral arms are connected via little slots and it should print pretty well both in FDM and resin, though the compass on the right arm might be a little tough to pull off in FDM. Full files are in Misc Patron Requests - H - Hecaton.

Important Announcement: 

Next week as I mentioned earlier this month I'll be in Puerto Rico seeing family so I'll be a little slower on modeling. But remember I love doing this stuff so its gonna happen as its a very relaxing thing for me to do either before the day starts or after its over. I'll probably get some done in the morning before anyone is even awake like I always do haha. Anyway, take care and have a nice weekend :)

Your models are absolutely incredible! I'm just curious - why are you using such an ancient version of Blender (2.79)? There have been so many improvements made to Blender since then in pretty much every category from rendering, sculpting and even the way the objects are sorted in the scene - with easy to use named folders on a list (collections) instead of a limited number of non-descript layers.
