Hello friends! Jen and I are now in Kyoto. Its a sleepy town in comparison to Osaka, and we've loved walking around and looking at the various temples and shrines. Its raining today so we're staying in a little late just enjoying the vibe. I was able to do a little more modeling these past few days and have for you all Nnja minis!

Ninja, or Shinobi, were a natural next choice for me to make while here. They're about as iconic as you can get haha. I made two poses, one using a ninjato and one using kamas. I wanted to make one using the famous Kyoketsu-shoge but rope weapons are tough to pull off 3D printed. Maybe I'll figure something out later. But these two are a solid start :)

Full files are here as well as in Adventurers - Rogues in all drives. I'm going to work next on Tengu, Kappas and Tanukis! Stay tuned :D

These are exactly the type I am looking for right now! I can't wait to see if you manage a ninja with Kyoketsu-shoge; that is one I am specifically looking for. Thanks for your great work!

Thanks! Yeah I'm not really sure how to manage that one. I have an idea but whether it's printable is a whole issue

Wow. And did not know about Kyoketsu-shoge. Looks like it could be chain (easier to model? Dunno) and could be coiled in one hand (again, easier? I dunno. You are demonstratively the expert. I just have a little hubris). You continue to rock. I hope you also continue to enjoy your time in Kyoto! I flashed back to Kenshin a bit. Maybe someday when I'm retired I'll get to see some of Japan :) . Until then, these are great! (PS, do you have recommended resin/FDM settings for your pre-supported models?)
