For my scenes I'm using Honey Select 2 BR11, Graphic mod, fluid mod, to have sounds like on video (for some scenes) you should have VNsound.

IMPORTANT: for my scenes i use TIMELINE (to bring best quality for you), so be shure you have "time line" in your studio. To start scene - press "play" button in timeline menu and it will start cyclum. You can change light pressing F5 and go to Light in graphic mode options - there you can switch on/off. My scenes can load like 30 sec- 1 min first time, next one will load faster.
