Nice! I'd been thinking about selecting this for a while, but it was that extra few minutes after the 2 hour point that put me off.

Patrick - Excelsior

I saw this at the theater when it first came out. I didn't make the connection until the very end of movie why its called bicentennial man, because he lived 200 years. They let us know from the beginning how long he would live. The reason Andrew was at the back of the church at Little Miss's wedding is he was an usher. That's were they traditionally stand. To greet new guest and usher them to their seat. The man that was in charge of the robotics company wanted to make more Andrews but he needed to dissect Andrews brain to figure out how, but since this would "kill" Andrew they refused and they were unable to recreate him. Andrew himself was unable to do so himself that is until the end (maybe). There is a theory that he finally succeeded with Galatea. This is evidenced when she turns off Portia life support, effectively killing her even though this is a violation of the first law of robotics. Why would you think chess would not be around in the future. People have been playing chess for over 1000 years and will very likely still be playing it a 1000 years from now. As for the music style Portia had playing at her engagement party, since her passion was restoring old pieces of art it makes sense she would probably favor other older art styles including music. I do like the subtle humor in this movie (like the scene when 'Sir" ask Andrew to look out the window in the high rise and Andrew doesn't want to, he is afraid of windows still from his first day) but also the subtle feelings it emotes. I could his sadness as he lost the people around him. I am sure people will still want analog clocks in the future, the most expensive clocks and watched on sale day are still analog.
