Patrick - Excelsior

I side with The Biscuit on this. Was he a little aggressive yes. That's called being a good lawyer. His questions were honest fair, and to the point. But more than that Georgia personally attacked him. She gave information on the spanking thing. That did not happen at work and it happened after her marriage was on the rocks. It in no way contributed to her marriage problems. It was said only to degrade and humiliate John and Nell. She went after The Biscuit and therefore she deserved to get burned.

2023-03-03 04:34:10 IDK, for me it was hard to take what was going on in this episode seriously. It's probably because I work in the legal field and I just can't imagine any court entertaining Georgia's lawsuit. It was really silly to be honest. But if we're considering the concept, let's look at Billy. He's a chauvinist and looks down on women. He has had affairs and has some outlandish views about relationships and marriage, even for the time that the show aired. Now, if Billy worked at another firm, would he be any different? Most likely not. Everything that happened resulting in the ending of their marriage was due to his actions. Even the things that Georgia did wrong were because of things that he did. It's not like the firm brainwashed him and he was some saint before that respected women and was all gallant and gentlemanly. Even since season 1, he was who he was. Well at least it got thrown out and there should not have been any other result. Mind you, this is coming from a Georgia sympathizer when it comes to Billy. She just went after the wrong targets.
