The Thunderbolt wasn't sure who, Leonard Nimoy or Martin Landau, played killers on 'Columbo',The answer is both did. Also, Martin Landau was going to play Spock on 'Star Trek', a role that later went to Nimoy. On the original 'Mission: Impossible', Landau was the Team's master of disguise. Later, Nimoy took on the position as the team's master of disguise when Landau left the show.

I noticed Seth Green in the credits in the last episode as well. I looked for him the whole episode and he didn't show up, so I searched and found out that he is voicing Thunderbolt (the pen genie dude). I'm guessing you didn't recognize his voice. It makes sense, because he is a well known voice actor, as well as being Oz.
