I always loved that Clarke took off her helmet to give to Emori after what happened in Becca's lab. Remember cause back then, Clarke said the nightblood would probably work and Emori said "then let's just go with that and forget the test". And as we know, Clarke ignored that and was going to use Emori to test up until the last minute when Clarke gave herself the nightblood serum. Flash forward to this ep, Clarke takes a chance on her own life to help Emori and says "we're testing it now". Kind of a full circle moment.
