I think they did a good job at making us feel bad for the clones. Following them as if they were the og was a brilliant idea and definitely helped with that. I kind of like Arlan, I find him endearing.

I love Richard Dean Anderson, but I would be curious to see an alternative version where Kurt Russell is still playing Jack. Just for this specific episode.

That would be interesting. It weird I think Kurt Russell is great and all, if I think about it he's probably one of my favorite actors, I think I prefer RDA version of Jack better. That said I know if that's the direction they would have wanted to take the movie Russell could have played it that way.

Kurt Russell visited the Stargate sets mid production and was very impressed with the cast and direction of the series. Too bad he never cameoed with James Spader as alternate Jack and Daniel.
