Animated movies are typically shorter than live action. This one clocks in at 1 hr, 16 mins, including credits. Also since the comments reading started, the reaction videos have been longer as a result. Especially arrowverse, which seems to have the most comments each week.

Even though this is technically a Disney film, it is definitely not in their typical style. It's kind of a hybrid Halloween and Christmas movie but it is more gothic. The songs are darker than you hear in most Disney films too. It's definitely an acquired taste. Not really for those that are more into your Disney princess type of movies.

If I am not mistaken, I believe that the character of the Master on Buffy the Vampire Slayer season One, was based on the character Jack on this movie, the Nightmare before Christmas.

So younger people that react to this movie always get surprised or offended when he says "queer" It wasn't a slur it meant something completely different back then. It meant strange or odd.
