Like Max said, the universe the Watcher left Natasha in was the universe from episode 3 where Hank Pym murdered the Avengers and Loki took over Earth.

I have to call bullshit on Natasha making that arrow shot. If she could do that, what good was Clint as an Avenger? As if the poor guy needed more reasons for people to make fun of him.

I do not think it was easy for her to make that shot. She would have missed the eye if peggy also did not pull his head up the right way. But She is also a trained assasin. I think at some point she would learn how to shoot arrows. Especially if her best friend is an expert.
