Rumple actually does legally own the majority of storybrooke. It was way back in the pilot but Granny tells Emma that he owns the whole town after he comes to collect rent and emma sees it. Though the idea that by virtue of being a majority landowner Hyde is now in charge of storybrooke is ridiculous.

Rumple can see the future but its a hazy incomplete puzzle to be solved and not always perfectly reliable.

Yeah they had to recast Jafar cause the first actor was busy. I'll be honest, I like this actor better and the look of the Jafar is much closer to the one in the animated movie than the other one. It's just a personal opinion of course, I remember people being pissed at the change or not liking it. Although to be fair, I was never a fan of OUAT in Wonderland and I've never been a big fan of Lost (where the actor got really popular) so I didn't really have an attachment to the actor. This one however, I know him from Charmed and The Mummy so that certainly helped lol

I'm sure at this point, Rumple's actor was wearing a wig because he cut his hair to reprise the role he played in Transpotting for the sequel

OMG! Emma's shaking looks so forced and so extra!!! About Jafar. I loved Naveen, I love Oded. I didn't really cared about a recast. You just talked about how awesome Greek Mythology is, and the show gives you Morpheus......and you make a Matrix joke.......come on, Shan......I guess Morpheus "wakes up" Neo from "a dream" so that's why he was named like that, so the reference still stands, sorta))) Unconditional love for a child is, apparently, a thing, so I'm not mad that the kiss worked. You remember how last season Emma randomly had a vision of a future in the underworld. Now she has a vision again. So it's not random or out of nowhere anymore, I guess it's one of her powers now. She leveled up, got some new skills)))

So the fact that last seasons Regina & Zelena grew a lot closer together, Zelena just feels pushed to the side again. From our perspective it makes sense why Regina would go to Snow rather than Zelena. But Zelena has always been a jealous person, and that's the reason why she was angry about it.
