As you can imagine this is not the fandom's favorite. It's not considered the worst but yeah, it's cringey. Several of the season's episodes are in that group. To be fair, they were a bit at the mercy of the studio (starting with the budget) but they get more and freedom to do what they really want as the seasons go by. Also yes, Doctor Janet Fraiser is a queen :)

I knew something was up when they came back from the mission early. Similar to an early AOS episode, so I was on guard for someone to be touched. I really couldn't stop comparing to Beer Bad too, but I think I enjoyed this episode more because of that. Someone else got the be the hero this time, good job Doctor. They locked down the mountain very quickly = good. None of the medical personnel wore masks or say a hazmat suit, even after knowing it was a contageous disease = bad.
