you are just curious...well I don't walk like that or strut like that but I have seen some people that do. Going back nearly 20 years ago I was leaving work ... it was like 11:30PM and I was walking down the sidewalk (this is big city main street, but not really a busy street) and I'm walking by a few guys ...obviously drug dealers, which was confirmed when one of them came up to me to ask me if I wanted to buy anything. I said no thanks and the boss who was hanging back against the wall didn't quite hear and thought I had insulted him...so he came strutting up to me exactly like that to "confront" me. So...yes, some people do walk like that. Though in my experience it's real life gangsters who think they are "untouchable" or something similar!
