Can’t really say much about Manchester Black without spoiling so let’s just leave it at that until the show is done with interpreting his character

What I like about the Arrowverse or comics TV in general is they always zoom in on the character if they expect you to know who that character is. If it’s some rando D List villain of the week they just don’t care. But if it’s like some comic book character they think fans would know they use the camera to wink at the fans hey look who it is. Kinda like what they did here with Manchester Black

I dont think they can go back to those old sets bc they film in canada now, when on cbs it was filmed in america.

Yeah, Los Angles is over 1,000 miles away from Vancouver. Besides, it's possible that the old sets no longer exist. They could have been torn down or repurposed for another show.
