What kind of schedule would you prefer? Week by week or a monthly schedule set in somewhat stone?

I guess monthly, because it gives us more info. But honestly, whichever you find easiest Shan. I am not overly fussed one way or another.

I like a weekly(this is what I voted) schedule but if you want to do monthly I don't think I would mind too much
