Has Shan seen Scream? I couldn't tell from that opening scene granted that she only said she got the Ghostface reference from playing Dead By Deadlight. Also, Eeyore is a Winnie The Pooh reference

Yeah the curriculum and the blood bags are murky issues with the show. I would go into more but I fear it would become spoiler-y. I think from what these four episodes have shown is that Ric has been trying to balance protecting his girls, protecting the students from the outside world, protecting the students from each other but also protecting the outside world from his students. Problem is alot of the time these goals conflict.

Yeah I think the idea behind the animal blood is pretty clear... Control... For the vamps to stay in control of themselves and their more nasty side; but also for the school to be able to have control over the vampires... I think the school didn't see the need for the vampires to be at full power, in fact it could be problematic if they were, you have vamps and wolf under the same roof and if the vamps had human blood and decided to pick a fight is goodbye werewolfs and witches and everybody else. Also, they are not teaching them to eat only animals... The students don't even know thats not human blood, and they put it in regular blood bags... I think the idea is teaching the students to not kill or go after live humans but instead feed from bags, and while they are in the school they keep some control over them by feeding them animal blood.
