Okay, so this was the first time I had seen an episode for this show and now I want to go watch the whole thing so thanks for that. :)

I picked this pilot because I thought it was appropriate for October and Halloween. It seems to be more inspired by than based on "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" a short story from 1820 which has been adapted many times for films, TV episodes and cartoons including as part of the 1949 Disney animated feature "The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad".
