It does look like she's licking the top of her head lol

God. Dean is suchhhh a piece of shit in this episode. I love him most of the time but then I remember he's a bad person sometimes.

I love the conflict in this episode... it's really hard to decide who's right and wrong. What Dean did, it seems so messed up. but that's because we followed Sam and Kaylee (or whatever her name was). What if the story followed the 3 people she murdered before that? Would we have sympathy for her, still? Would we care if she was taken out if we watched her murder 3 innocent people, regardless of her reason? Then, what if her son got sick again? 3 more bodies... Honestly, I don't think I would have that sympathy... and I believe I'd be on Dean's side. But the way the episode structures itself, it just makes him look like a bad guy, and makes her look like a victim. I love shit like this. This imo is when the show is at its best.

Another episode directed by Jensen Ackles.

I love Jewel Staite, I luckily got to meet her at a convention last summer. It's crazy how well Colin Ford plays young Sam, we watched him grow up watching this show. Can't wait for next week's episodes!

People always talk about Inara but my biggest crush on Firefly was always Kaylee. Although, Mal's one ep wife was a close second. Also, That was a very Kill Bill-esque moment between Dean, Kaylee and her kid.

Lemmy (The fake name Sam used) was the lead singer for a band called Motorhead, Cas would have known the aliases the boys use so the Leviathans would know that as well, thats how they knew to search for Rock and Metal band members and how they knew where Bobby lived. RIP Lemmy

Zoot!

Watched this episode just because of the thumbnail with Kaylee :) Yay! Also it seems "Amy Pond" is a Doctor Who reference! Nice surprise.

A) why are they called kitsune? That's a japanese folk monster. B) Dean was in loody Valentine 3D

Tammy L. Faulkner

Aahhh... Amy Pond. I with you reacted to that name, but then remeber you don't know the character. Hopfully one day... Not a fan of that character, but what she is in is awesome.

Coffee Crisp is a Canadian candy bar. It’s stuff like this that makes it quite obvious that the show is filmed in the Vancouver area. Their actually quite tasty, as the coffee flavour is subtle 🙂

So it's okay that she killed those people? And just hope she doesn't get desperate again? Because she'll kill again if she does.

Michele

This is a tough morality type episode. It's not a choice I'd want to have to make either. Amy did kill 3 - no, 4 - people, though. Her kind need the feed on humans, so Amy is a predator and humans are her prey. She has to kill them if she can't get what she needs another way. That or die. Sooooooo . . . . Either kill her to prevent that from happening again or accept the very likely chance that she'll kill again. And what if she's desperate and there isn't a "scum of the earth" for her to kill? And by what definition do they become deserving of death? Mistakes happen. Anyway. I agree that Dean shouldn't have lied to Sam though. On a different note, it's nice to see a Sam episode from his perspective. Well, season 6 had a lot Sam focus too. Sam may seem to be the one who's more open about emotions and talking things out, but he really isn't. Not really. So it's nice that we're getting some of that now.
