why they wouldn't just take it out is sometimes tumors aren't easy to take out and require a specialist doctor. If not done right it can leave you braindead, or with mental defects or just kill you on the table and then even if you have a specialist like Clark gets it can still not work especially when kryptonite was used on him. It could also have complication later like a blood clot like Spoiler....... Buffy's mom

here in America anyway there are some parents who move for jobs or whatever and there are times when they let the kid stay with a friends parent so they can stay and finish their school years instead of moving. I don't know how common it is but it can happen.

the ending of this one always gets me so sad and i love the use of music i like the song and how it was used with the slow motion in the hallway. Smallville has alot of great music and has alot of time where it starts or ends an episode with music and it's great.
