The reason the machine couldnt redo the simulation for Shaw was because it had run out of time at that point for more redos. If you rewatch it when you do the editing for YT, notice each time they go back to the start theres a countdown timer that gets less and less time on it each time. On the last one there was only like 1 second left, and all the prior simulations were taking 2 to 3 seconds a time to do.

There was no Shaw death reset by the machine because in the short amount of time she had to run through simulations, she didn't ever predict for Shaw to actually show up. That's why their odds of survival jumped up so drastically from 2% to 20% when Shaw suddenly appeared. But it is interesting that the machine only reset the simulation for Harold and Root after their deaths. She didn't for Reese. Does she value him or care for him less?
