It Takes Two Single Story Home // The Perfect Roommate House (Patreon)

Another Let's Play build for you guys, It Takes Two Single story home! This is actually a conversion of another Lp house, Stardom! I originally built this for the Stardom LP and renovated it for this series! You can check out both series on YouTube! This is a very cozy build. It has 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms! Its perfect roommate house!

About the build

This build is on a 40x30 lot in Del Sol Valley but you can place it anywhere! It is perfect for roommates! The series was focused on University students living off campus so it perfect if that's what you're looking for!

PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND

After the Cottage Living patch, any plates, cups, or bowls left on a lot prevents it from loading. I have no clue how EA did this but it is now a thing. If you're receiving an error after placing my builds, please load the build from build mode (Go to manage world> find the build> Bottom right, click the build mode icon, it looks like a wrench and hammer) and delete the plates, cups, and bowls!

How to Install

• Download the .ZIP file
• Locate your Sims 4 folder i.e  Documents>Electronics Arts>Sims4
• Open the "mods" folder in the .ZIP file and add the cc to your mods folder
• Open the "Tray Files" in the .ZIP file and add the files to your tray folder

And that's it! When you open your game, go to the gallery and you should see the build in your library.

BUT DEE GURLL, I don't see it! Make sure you select "show custom content" on the left panel of the gallery and you should see it!
