Wait, i think you have a little mistake on your work performance focus, you should mainly focus on the beautiful and evil when the doc is after her corruption, not all is the hideous. A little grotesque and twisted expression is good for her evil performance, but maybe too much of them makes her a little horror, just a suggestion, hope for more content

Oh, sorry, another suggestion strikes me that could you add a little more tattoos like slave tattoos or some religion tattoos like 'Sumerian', i know it could be hard cuz it involves the change to the physical model, but i think if there some slave tattoos used, that could be a little fetish.
