Everything can be doubled, tripled, and so on. If people want more of something, they can. Now, everything won’t be on every poll, but things will constantly return. And we’ll see random choices often too. Which is why I suggested people write them in the comments. :D

i really like the fact she realises how she has changed at the end in terms of her morals. Please keep it so that after each outburst / change in personality she returns to her normal self. So she can be saying how great her new titties are then revert to normal and be disgusted by them and what she said.

In terms of physical transformations, there are so many possibilities : big breasts ( or big nipples ^^), multiple breasts, big lips, big ass, big vaginal lips, big clito, increase muscles, increase height, increase weight, futanari, clitanari... Jack, can we please have a realistic expectation on when should we wait the updates? Transformation Ali was supposed to be every 4-5 days, HB supposedly was a week, you even said a daily post on your last update. I really like your work and i know that you might have hard times, we just need realistic updates and when to expect things, otherwise i will drop the renew, its really frustrating..
