Update on Size Change MODs (Patreon)

I made substantial changes to their logic, so the new methods wont work on the first versions I made. Hence a little ini update will be needed. I will be uploading all the size change mods i made in the past with their fixes as well as the new offset.ini

Also I am going to release the new RUKKA mod alongside it all. Hope you enjoy and manage to make it work. But I am gonna need a lot of feedback on these... so pls halp
