I think the scene from the unlimited blade works anime where Rin is tied to a chair with Shini Matou involved is kinda classic and a good setting

Since she uses jewels as part of her magecraft, it would be more humiliating for her if gems were used as part of her restraints. I could also see a situatuon where she messes up the Servant summoning where she doesny form a proper pact with them and they decide to tie her up to keep her from using her command spells. Caster from Fate Zero could give a good opportunity for some tentacles. I also agree Aurum in that she needs to have little on besides her thigh highs

I can't think of anything another than her bound to a chair and dialogue coming from Matou. I haven't seen a lot of chairties in awhile. Have some dialogue involving her complaining, then being gagged, and next being exposed of her chest. Have her hands be tape Mittens. Have her legs be tied to the legs of the chairs. Gags should be ball gag(no harness), cleave gag, and bit gag. Try vibrator taped to chair and vibes on her chest. Try a 45 degree angle for the chair this time. That's what I think.

Then she tried to copy the rope and gag of her secret hobby. By mistake, she created a reality marble with the name unlimited rope works. All the gags, bondage and sex toys she has ever seen are there. Rin is automatically tied up with a rope and can't undo the magic thanks to a gag in her mouth. 2.Idea Rin was still monitoring the grounds after school and mysteriously fainted. She woke up in her classroom. Rin found herself tied up in the strapado. The rope with which her arms are suspended is connected to her skirt. When she lets her arms down to relax, her skirt is lifted up and her panties are visible. To prevent this unfortunate situation she tries to hold out. Her legs are secured with a spreader bar. Rin's got a rival character named Luvia Edelfelt, who doesn't get much attention cause she's usually a side character but they have a lot of great/funny interactions, so maybe have her involved in tying her or being tied with her. The two them had a scene where they got hypnoitized to be maids, so maybe have them (or just Rin) being tied up as a maid with a tray of bondage gear/gags that you can use as variants
