Hmm, I think it would be cool if she had an armbinder instead of the box tie, and maybe instead of walking around with the tray she is strapped to a bed for "treatment" from Soda?

To keep with the theme of being a nurse she should definitely have medical gauze wrapped tight over her mouth with white medical tape over that to keep it snug in place. And maybe the hospital staff calling her over the intercom to hurry over to the medical ward or she will be reprimanded. Something really kinky like that though.

I honestly really like it as it is already! I like the nipple-tray, her expression, her predicament, it's all pretty great! If I had to give one suggestion, maybe a part 2 where her mouth is wrapped in microfoam/medical tape? That way she "doesn't drop it"? Everything else can stay the same, though!

I think the idea with the tray is well implemented. The combination of a tray with nipple clamps, vibrators, crotch rope and guess bagel held a bandage looks unique and very kinky. Can you maybe draw soda's tail as she slaps bagel's butt cheek?
