Since we're dealing with medical profession, I think we should use leather restraints, either a straitjacket or cuffs. We could say that she's in the psych ward and strapped down to a bed in either two ways: 1. wrist and ankle cuffs, like what you'd see in a TV show, for example, or 2. she's in a straitjacket with leather cuffs for her ankles and she's dildo gagged and blindfolded either way.
