My suggestion for the arms, I would say either a Boxtie with rope or an armbinder. For the legs I'd say a frogtie with rope. For the gags I'd say, a ballgag, a panel gag, and/or Microfoam tape.

My suggestion would be a suspension bondage. Boxtie, legs tied in a frog tie. And for a gag, maybe using all rope. As part of the suspension. I'm imagining Blake doing all the tying, hehehe (not a suggestion, just my imagination XD)

A bite gag or ring gag to show her fierce look. Maybe a leather hood as alternative with her blond hair out. For restrains, a box tie or maybe she is in strappdo stance and her legs on a spread bar
