Ada Wong's carelessness led to interesting consequences. Being in an unknown laboratory you need to be extremely careful. It is not known what new strains of viruses scientists could develop there.
Hello folks! I hope you are all in good health and much more careful than Ada Wong with various viruses. The time of the traditional "Status update" post.
Announcement of the next animation:
Well, as long as Aunt Cass is trying to give everyone her hugs and show her love and the big lady is hiding from us in her village, I won't sit back. It's time to choose a character for the next animation. I decided to plunge into the entourage of Resident Evil and chose Ada Wong for the next animation. The images above are not a reflection of the planned animation this just test the new models for their functionality, optimization, and appearance. It will be POV - animation through the eyes of a human. I've already selected some locations and sketched out the entire animation concept. I just need to learn how to make a couple of good shots, take down a couple of zombies, and I'm ready.
Stylistically, I would like to make a Daemon-girl style animation with less talk and more action without straying far from the topic of Resident Evil.
The model itself has a lot of functions, including various bodymorphs and a rather beautiful appearance. In general, Rigid3d makes pretty high quality models. So it's time to test it in practice. I will most likely do the animation at 60 fps. Previously, I used the standard Frame rate for animations. What will it give? This will make it possible to add more elements to the same time range. Such as the wave from a blow to the character's ass (it will be more discoverable and smoother) and in general will give the impression of a smoother picture. In turn, this will require 2 times more time for rendering and this is a very time/resource intensive deal. Maybe I'll make this animation natively in standard resolution, which makes up for the lack. In any case, let's see how things go. I will keep you informed.
Various thoughts.
Also, while I was studying Blender, I found some interesting features. One of them will allow me to make a more correct lips sync. It's even funny that I didn't notice this feature in Blender before. And in general, now I am more immersed in studying all possible elements of the program on the of creating my own models, working with compositing and other elements.
Next SFM VR transfer.
I think within a week I will finish translating "Trick and Treating ~Miya~" animation into VR format. This will be a complete translation of all animation. There are some difficulties largely due to the fact that the characters are constantly close to each other. This creates problems. In the form of cropping part of the frames. I will try to minimize this problem.
That's all for now. Stay healthy and don't get sick. I'll go start preparing our little adventure through the abandoned lab with Ada Wong.
