It's interesting they got Thomas Keller to make an appearance in 3x10 of The Bear, given Joel McHale said earlier this year in an interview that his asshole chef character is inspired mostly by Thomas Keller. (He’s the chef who talks to Carmy in the opening scene of that episode.) On that same note, this episode is like the Deadpool and Wolverine of the restaurant industry, with all of the big-time chef cameos.
