Patreon and the Raffles (Patreon)

Well, this is only for the Shooktrooper-Pledge, but I want everyone to know. One patron advise me about the raffle rules on Patreon, and I can have problems with the platform:

We love surprises. But unfortunately we don't allow reward tiers that involve raffles, giveaways, or "chances-to-win." The reason for this is to better protect the patron community as well as to make sure we are in accordance with state gambling laws. 

For the moment, Patreon have not given me anything like a strike, but, I need change the $7 raffle reward if  I don't want any problems in the future T^T

This Patron give me a good suggestion:

My suggestion is to offer an open thread in the last week of each month to allow for open suggestions, then pick any number that you yourself like.

The first week of the following month, you could have your patrons vote on which suggestion they like the most from the narrowed choices.. This would avoid the raffle system and give more variety to the requests and you can offer more votes for higher tiers.

Probably I use this method for the  "poll: fan art suggestion", but, What do you think? Do you have any suggestion?
