This one was so ubiquitous that I can still find multiple reuploads of it that are almost 20 years old on youtube. I see the mistake youre making Farrell, this upload here is from the same day as every other upload of naruto so far except the first episode. You're making the wrong assumption that its been multiple days of recording for the show, which of course will be that way eventually, just not yet.

You guys may start hating the show if you continue watching 30 episodes in one sitting. That's not healthy, nor can anyone be expected to realistically manage to hold an attention span for that long. Maybe do it in two separate days because for the first 15 episodes you still seemed to be doing ok.

They didn’t release in seasons like newer anime, and these episodes came out as the manga was coming out and they kept catching up and running out of content. In original Naruto they tried really hard to not have filler episodes so they dragged out canon episodes. Eventually they gave up and the decided to do filler arcs in shippuden to keep the pacing better and less yappy. Would’ve been way better in seasons in my opinion. A remake would fix this

I seriously recommend you guys try a fancut version of the show like Naruto Kai or The Ocean Cut. These can cut down on yap and recap and fillers for you so that you can just enjoy the show at the pace it was meant to be watched

Would love to see another binge! I do think it might be better four you guys to do it during the day instead through the night. Especially with the long yapping during the episodes it might be easier to concentrate. Brig even said he would rather watch Death Note atm - and we all know his position towards DN 😂

The year it was made is irrelevant, it's a bunch of drawings. I don't expect every ep of a long running series like this to have amazing animation, limited animation is fine. The point I brought up is that everything in this episode was straight up bad. Most of the eps of Naruto up to this point has had very limited animation but this is the first actually bad ep production wise. Almost every shot was off model and not in a good way, they were all cross-eyed half the time and the drawing quality was not good at all. The animation wasn't only limited but also extremely janky and the direction was bad with shots that didn't flow together at all or even make sense. Combine all 3 and this is a complete travesty of an ep. I'm surprised they didn't say much about how that ep looked but I guess it's because they were fighting just to stay awake 😂

If I remember correctly, if your ignoring filler, the rest of og naruto is good and the pacing is fine, cause its just the chunin exams and then like 2 other arcs with a couple build up episodes for each. I will say there is filler that isnt important as far as main story goes, but gives some context to the last arc and some interactions between the main three, so you dont have to watch it but it might be helpful to know what happens in that filler when you get there just so your not caught off guard. I tried to explain it without spoiling anything but ill leave another comment down the road when you get closer to the last arc

Guys, no more 12 hour binges. You guys were super washed towards the end and weren't even able to pay that much attention to the show. This almost turned Brig into a hater lmao. Please, follow a schedule that's sustainable for u because the episodes coming must be paid full attention to. Even the audience wouldn't enjoy these reactions if u guys are just staring into oblivion due to tiredness lol. Really appreciate the effort tho. The show's great, I get where y'all are coming from about the yapping and some epis being super drawn out but it only gets better from this point forward.

Naruto is very yappy but doing a 12 hour marathon exaggerates the amount of talking that happens in this show. Having a schedule and only watching maybe 4 episodes at a time will make the amount of talking not as overwhelming as it probably was.

There is far to much yapping in OG Naruto, and it doesn’t stop until shippuden. I’m very appreciative of your reactions, mostly because I fell asleep about 10 time throughout the Chunin exam. Idk why you guys are upset by their tired reactions, there’s nothing to react to! There’s about 3 minutes of substance in each episode!

The thing is that this is a early 2000's show so the style of direction for anime that broadcast on TV at that time was exactly like this. Shit was made to pass on TV so it naturally dragged the scenes so kids would tune in for the next episode too. Dragonball was the same. and other shows of this time are similar too. when i was watching it in 2006 i thought shit was the most fire thing i ever seen and i wasn't conscious about the pacing, i didn't even know what pacing was... as a kid i didn't care. Today when you can watch all 700 episodes on crunchyroll instantly it really feels very slow

And my personal wish is that Bleach will replace HxH(or Fmab). While Naruto and One Piece take time to get fun, Bleach has it from the beginning part. First time watching Naruto here! Unfortunately, it has been pretty dull for me. The power system, characters' charm, power growth, and relationships are pretty off. I saw some comments before that Naruto has a great fighting scene, but it is not so good tbh, which disappoints me so much. I like music, though. I hope it gets better, or maybe it isn't for me. I wonder what episode numbers would be good points to decide whether I should continue.

I love Naruto but the anime’s pacing ruins some of the fights that I thought were perfect in the manga. I recommend reading the manga then going back to the anime for the iconic moments, or watching something like Naruto Kai or the ocean cut to fix the pacing issues.

When are the next reactions coming out? Id recommend that you guys do 2 days in a row of 6 hour binges instead of just 1, 12 hour binge. By hour 8 or 9 its got to be a struggle to even watch at that point. Considering the pacing, I think it would make the episodes that much more enjoyable and not overload you guys. Appreciate the content. Naruto only gets better the farther you get into it. Cant wait
