Naruto’s catch phrase believe it is a dub only thing. Reason being is the same catch phrase is Dattebayo in Japanese. Dattebayo doesn’t have a meaning really, which is when there’s no extra words added in the subtitles whenever he says it. But it’s still words that need to be dubbed over in English so they added believe it over every Dattebayo to match the words on screen

The fact that Cannon and Carter kept referring to Haku as she is funny and I feel like very common. Also it has been years since I watched Naruto, was it always all this talky and was Sakura always so useless.

I remember when I was younger (maybe 10- 11 yrs old). Watching this at 11pm at night on Toonami, only getting weekly episodes. Watching Sasuke die, I literally sat their and cried like a baby. Next episode is PURE NISTOLGIA, PEAK of the arc. IMO

Hahahahha sameee when I rewatch naruto, i always go straight shippuden. Not that I hate the first part. I still love them and it gives me nostalgia but im gonna be honest, i never realized how annoying sakura is before. Im so sorry because I super duper love her hahaha Kinda spoiler but kinda isnt, I love watching any episodes with shikamaru and temari in it🤣

You might enjoy the Naruto Kai version where they trim out all the recaps and fillers for a way better pace for each episodes and arcs.

Imo she does still get cool down the line, but it def takes way longer for her to get her "thing" outside of booksmarts then it does the others + they definitely built up on her potential but even in the future when we know she isss a badass just based off her abilities and the way people talk of them, it so frustrating for her moments to constantly be taken from her just so Kishi can constantly highlight the others more TTTT Naruto side characters (especially the woman) are done dirtyyy a lot of the time imo

I think its because they have to literally explain how the naruto verse works, almost every shounen anime does this so they kind of get caught up with explanations and slow paced fights during early eps. Gets significantly better in the next few eps tbh

Sakura is actually just a horrible person tho... she makes fun of an orphan for being an orphan, is literally useless and does nothing but cry and beg for help most of the series. Yeah she has some moments later but always relapses. She lies and tries to trick Naruto with her fake love crap. She constantly chased someone who genuinely hated her and tried to kill her several times. She is just an awful character aside from some very specific moments

Not sure what the source is for these episodes but the sub is a bit odd. Overly literal things like "sis" for nee-chan feel like they have very different connotation than they would in the original Japanese.

I had faith in Sakura too when I first watched back in 2017 but they really did not try to do anything with her until towards the end of shippuden. Honestly I don’t really hate her but Im more disappointed in the writers not taken advantage of the potential of some of the characters.

Sakura doesn't have any special abilities like Sasuke with Sharingan or Naruto with the Nine-Tails, so she can't really do much besides fighting with the knives and shuriken lol
