I think the second highest in the poll was A Silent Voice. I actually thought it won so I was surprised when they decided on Your Name. I do wish it’s A Silent Voice or Grave of the Fireflies. Although, I don’t think I can get through another reaction to the latter. 😢

Same Briggs, I think the last arc is very underrated, while I love the two most popular arcs of HxH to bits, my personal favourite is the last arc!!

I understand your decision since it might attract new viewers but as someone who is subscribing for the hxh content it’s way to few episodes for the subscription price to keep going for as many months as this is going to take now. I was watching this series together with you for the first time but I guess I’ll finish it by myself instead. But I hope you enjoy the new series!

The potential of after-anime is insaaanee. We didn’t even think it would be possible to continue until Togashi picked it up last year. Even more desperate, I’d take any form of the story too just so we’d know how it would wrap up.🤞🏻

I cannot help but think he was massively inspired by Game of Thrones for the Succession arc! It is really such a good arc, though very complicated! I would have given up had it been anyone else, but because Togashi has delivered YN and CA arcs, I have faith that he will deliver on this as well!

people are subbed for different things. It's different now from the aot days. Back then everyone was here for aot so they could only focus on that and it was fine. It's pretty selfish to want them to only watch one show now that there are so many people who care about different shows here. You're complaining about 4 episodes a week but did you think about how many people would be left out dry without anything if they were to only watch hxh for the next few months?

I love this fight because is the first one that we have in the whole show with us, the public, knowing what the hell is nen, we still don't know that much, but Kastro doing a double kinda implies a lot of things are possible with Nen.

So Kastro basically did a less interesting version of kage bunshin that we also see in Naruto, while the explanation for how it works is also less interesting than how chakra is explained in Naruto, but ppl keep saying how Nen is super complex. Seems Naruto and this show are super similar in a lot of aspects, with the animation quality in Naruto being on another level. Feels like Naruto possibly copied a lot from HxH looking at it so far, and also made it better (so far). At least HxH is getting better a bit for me, altho I would really like it if the animation quality improved also. It's mostly just very dynamic looking still images one after another. Naruto had god tier animation even in it's Chuunin exams arc which is basically at the start of the show. Not hating the show just to put that disclaimer here because some ppl have had some intense negative comments at the slightest mention of anything HxH that isn't exclusively praising it as the second coming of God. If I were to make a prediction, with how much the boys are loving HxH, I feel them seeing Naruto would make HxH look like child's play for them.

I am annoyed that you are posting your biased negative comments under every HxH upload. Naruto's animation is better? I wouldn't argue if it's JJK but Naruto? People saying that the Nen is complex because it is, and it would be explained in the coming episodes and you are not there yet. HxH a child play? I watched both and honestly I really disagree and I am sure I am much older than you. PLEASE stop insulting people with your biased comments for a show that you haven't even finished watching.

I will remind you, if you want to respond or communicate at all I would encourage you to talk about what I'm saying instead of about me, which would speak more about your age than what you have said about it so far. Or you can just ignore me entirely and I will do the same.

lol is it selfish that I expressed my disappointment about the decrease in episodes after I subscribed with the premise of it being 6 episodes a week. I even said I understand their decision and that I hope they enjoy the new series? And why are you making up a scenario where I’d have to think about people having nothing to watch except hxh for months? They’ve always reacted to multiple series at once after AoT so it was never even an option. It’s not like I’m complaining under every other series that they shouldn’t be watching it just because I want hxh. Then it would be selfish.

You are arguing with me for the sake of arguing though, since you are making up a whole lot of scenarios and arguments that I don’t even have, and are calling me selfish and dumb for it. Nowhere in my comment did I say that I only wanted them to watch hxh or appeal specifically to me. I only voiced my disappointment about the episode decrease since it changed the premise under which I subscribed to. That doesn’t mean I expect them to change it back according to my preference. Feedback is a thing in the real world. And If you can’t handle it on their behalf maybe you shouldn’t read the comments.
