Nindo literally means "Way of Ninja" lol. They use the same term in dub as well. These subs are actually pretty accurate.

You're watching it with english [cc] subs which are captions to the eng. dub. Netflix is weird with their subs and does this with a lot of other shows. Try watching it with just the english subs (not CC) next time so that they match and flow with the original Japanese dialogue! :)

Thank god, I was contemplating wth was wrong with these subs. In retrospect there were a ton of dead giveaways, such as the subs being incredibly out of sync, translations being weird/overly liberal and especially that sound effects were captioned as well

They are not. Sure they keep the same context but the translators take a lot of liberties with the wordings, sometimes adding completely new sentences. Someone said they are the cc for the dub, which makes sense, so they should either switch off the cc or use crunchyroll

They already tried Crunchyroll and the subs were literally buns. Even if they switch off the CC, it wouldn't make much of a difference. These subs are pretty accurate and they should stick to these from now on instead of continuously jumping from one platform to another.

Wow how can people like the dub, NOSTALGIA ASIDE!! I guess they dont like hearing the real culture of anime and just wanna box it in to not have to read, sorry for those who feel offended but I feel like dub offends the real creators who are japanese. There's so much feeling behind their voices due to their natural language compared to the idiotic blabber in English that makes it sound like they hire 5 ppl to do all 50 characters

Very hyped for what's to come. From this point on it's 30+ episodes of peak. But man, I forgot how bad the animation quality can dip at times. The budget designs we got for the last 10 minutes of episode 65 were horrendous. Look at Sasuke's massive neck at 1:11:47 lmao. I think Gaara suffers the most of all the characters when the quality dips though. They make him look like a balding Charlie Brown character.

Because the naruto voice actors sounds like a smoker instead of a child/teenager. I watched the Japanese version first and when I heard the dub I kept wondering how his voice was going to change when he got older, so excuse me for having an opinion that you don't take the time to understand. It's offensive not to take the time to cast similar voices but I guess we can't have it all
