Many thanks man! Wolfstar just asked me what device model are you using, what version of the Android OS do you have and also, do you see any kind of error log or report when you try to run it? Anything like that will help to find the problem.

I'm downloading it on a Samsung galaxy A21s all I can tell you is that it goes through the downloading process but when it comes to the end it says app not installed?

Many thanks! Wolfstar just told me that in the Google store are several free APK installer apps that could help to fix the problem. In previous versions that helped other friends to make it work in their devices.

Awesome, and yeah, try one of those apps he mentioned. They're all free and as far as we know those things helped to fix many problems more than once, so I hope they can help with yours too.
