I don't know if Julie knew ahead of time that the ship they were going to intercept was an Advanced Stealth Fighter (would be insane for a Belter Crew in a mere unarmed freighter thinking they had any chance against a combat ship) or if she simply knew that the ship that came up on the screen had to be the Anubis at that point (given it was the ship in the area that they were plotting to intercept). It was just unfortunate that the cargo they were going after was being transported on a Stealth Fighter instead of on a civilian vessel. I can see a crew making the assumption that it would be an easy theft mission (board n' snatch against a civilian vessel full of scientist).

It kind of looked like she knew it was going to be a gunship. When her co-pilot asked what barreled out of nowhere, she answered "Anubis" pretty matter of factly. Yeah, the crew totally thought it was a ship of scientists and not thinking that those scientists would be heavily protected.
