[Work in progress] Baldur's Gate 3 Diaper Mod (Patreon)

This is the post where you can find the work in progress on Baldur's Gate 3. The game has great modding potential and will keep you busy for hundreds of hours.

The mods add new clothes to the tutorial chest and the druid merchant in Druid Grove.

Install instructions here. I use Baldur's Gate 3 Mod Manager with ModFixer and No More Dirt and Blood.

The BG3DPModDiapersUnderwearLarger mod file should be place in the mod list AFTER the BG3DPModDiapersUnderwear for it to work. It's purpose is to make the diaper slightly larger at the waist to avoid clipping on Lae Zel. I have not tested the outfits on all races and they will probably not fit them all.

Development is still in progress :)

Wet mod will come next.

[Edit] Added a diaper-under-skirt outfit (HUMFCLTPantsADPUDP), a diaper-under-pants outfit (HUMFCLTSkirtBDPUDP) and a sexy githyanki diapered outfit (GitDPUnderwearMolicare). All three are for human characters.

[Edit 2] Added a wet pullup underwear for human and Githyanki (FCLTHalflingsUnderwearAPUP).

[Edit 3]Addded a corset for human female character (see screenshot of Shadowheart) and a male human diaper version.

[Edit 4]Added Diaper versions for human strong and Tieflin strong characters (Karlach included :)

Love the mod, are there any chances/plans of a version for male characters? Great either way, just would love the opportunity to have a diaper for my player character.

I love the mod, is there any plans to make a diaper for Karlach? Would love the chance to have my whole party diapered, but it's cool if you're busy elsewhere.

Hello Agunewa, I effectively did not make diapers for the large characters. I'll add one in a separate mod soon :)

Awesome now I can have my fiery devil waifu :3 I've already cleared the game on tactician so this on Honor mode feels like a good addition.

Loving these so far its just a shame that they won't work with body mods such as SBFF ( stylized beautiful female bodies) the issue is that the diapers clip through on the butt and boobs with the shirt however Unique Tav works that that's more of a texture than a body mod ah well I'll take what I can get.

Mod compatibility is very limited, yes. The games like BG3 which have an advanced character creation system have tons of meshes. Modding them all would have taken too much time and event more, modding the mods would be suicide ><

Not sure how hard this would be but do you have any plans to add some pacifiers into the game at all? though I would imagine you wouldn't be able to get them into the mouth of the character but maybe they could work as a necklace or something?
