On this installment of our Lifetime Movie re-cap journey, we're taking a break from the big L network and heading to Netflix for a discussion about the cheesy, ridiculous film, A Christmas Prince

How embarrassing is this cartoon father character? How hilarious is it whenever these movies make up a fake European country? Why does Aldovia conduct all their official monarchy business right at Christmas? And how in the WORLD do you mess up that b-roll package?

A Christmas Prince stars Rose McIver, Ben Lamb, Honor Kneafsey, Sarah Douglas, Emma Louise Saunders, Theo Devaney, Daniel Fathers, and Alice Krige as Queen Helena; directed by Alex Zamm.

I went down the rabbit hole and watched all three of the movies on Tuesday. It was a lot! But they were silly and Christmasy, so fine, I guess. Better than Elf on a Shelf, at least!😳

Turns out that if you say the word Christmas nine times every five minutes you can turn a nothing movie into a yearly staple. I feel like there's an abundance of Xmas themed movies that takes a noun and puts the word Christmas in front of it before using a slightly malfunctioning AI to write the script. Be on the lookout next year for The Christmas Pineapple, A Christmas Blanket, or The Christmas' Christmas.

Well I think we have our next 2 year Christmas episodes lined up

Oh. What a gift! Thank you, WHM, you’re the best. It’s negative 6 degrees here in Colorado Springs right now and I couldn’t be happier!❤️

Eric with the JonBenét Ramsey joke out of nowhere 👍

I wonder Aldovia is anywhere near Genovia? The fake country from Princess Diaries .

The Halloween fan film is on Sarah Douglass's YouTube channel. It's not the worst thing I've seen associated with Michael Meyers.

You guys should do the Sister Swap movies. There's two they released a week apart ,share multiple scenes ,and take place during the same time frame but each is a different sisters perspective.
