On this installment of our latest Star Wars Universe re-cap show, Obi-Pod Kenobi, we're chatting about the wild-ass sixth and final part of the Disney+ limited series!

This episode has a ton to love, including a fantastic fight scene that desperately needed to be lit better, tons of flying rocks, a really great broken helmet, more decent space chases, a really solid home invasion, a couple characters clearly heading out to their own stories/shows, and one of the greatest ghost sightings of all time! PLUS: Vader's bleep-bloop chest box lights keep ruining movie night on the star destroyer!

Obi-Pod Kenobi has been our re-cap show covering the entire Disney+ miniseries event. Thanks so much for being a TOP. TIER. WHM Patreon subscriber and coming on this super-fun Star Wars journey with us! You all keep this ship afloat!

I'm glad this show ended up being good. Despite a few issues I think it was a solid addition to the overall Star Wars story and I thought it was told from an interesting perspective. I still found myself a little disconnected from the characters so my enjoyment didn't have the same ceiling as the guys did. So... one more week until the rest of season 4 of Stranger Things, right?

Good not great, I still feel like Star Wars can be so much better and it's okay to expect better from our corporate overlords.

Leia’s relationship with Ben now justifies her naming her first born Ben

Very rude of Obi-Wan to attack a guy who has asthma.

Hate to break it to you guys but that is the Rise of Skywalker Emperor, if you look closely he’s wearing black lipstick like in that film

They showed us two burning skeletons and not the mountain of stormtrooper corpses just off camera.

I loved the music so much, the way that it was disjointed and cut-up pieces based around the John Williams themes illustrating that the characters weren’t quite yet who they’d become; and how brilliantly it paid off in illustrating that Vader was now properly Vader in his final scene.

Is it a show about a guy that has to learn how to watch over a kid? Like that other disney star wars show about a guy learning to take care of a kid? oh, or that other disney show, about a guy learning to take care of a kid?
