On the stunning conclusion of The Snyder Sessions, the gang chats about the back nine of Zack Snyder's epic superhero rodeo, including Ma Kent making a "thirsty" joke, Cyborg's vision of a melted Lois Lane, the out-of-left-field addition of Martha Manhunter, Superman slicing and dicing Steppenwolf, and much more!

Thanks so much for supporting our Patreon endeavor. The Snyder Sessions have been a real wild ride. It's okay to like a movie!

Dumping four hours of content every few years on HBO Max seems like the right choice if they want to continue the Snyderverse. He seems to have interesting ideas that are either poorly explored like Cyborg's powers or go in some aggro direction like Superman ending the world. Overall this is not for me but it's still better than Thor: The Dark World so C+. Really it seems like the conversation surrounding this movie is more interesting than the movie itself. Thanks guys for throwing caution to the wind and inserting yourself into that conversation.

I'm intentionally not watching the Cut just to amp up the crazy of these episodes...

When I'm depressed, theres something so cheery about you guys ripping in to the ridiculous of Snyder's Snyderiness

I keep thinking your Gal Gadot impression is Werner Herzog. 😹

Not to be "that guy" but Joe Morton kills himself by superheating the motherbox so they can track "the hottest thing on earth" after Steppenwolf takes it. I think they conflated the other stupid shit from the theatrical version

He has excellent ideas that he executes terribly. Martian Manhunter goes to Lois not because she is the key to preventing some dystopian future, but because human life has value. Batman doesn't just stop killing Superman because their mom's share a name, but because his massive psychological trauma comes from not being able to save his own mom, and hearing a god beg for the life of his mom, whose name is Martha, triggers Batman. The first example could be profound, the second emotionally cathartic. These moments and hundreds of others are buried in his movies that he doesn't know how to bring out. It is a shame.

Great commentary and great movie. I cheered and cried in the Snyder cut. It’s tough being both a Snyder-head and a We-Hate-Movies-head. You are like Spock you are a child of two worlds.

I have this on right now and just realized I have been looking at my phone for at least an hour.

Nothing prepares you for this. I cheered, I shouted, I fist-pumped the air, I cried, I stood and cheered. It's absolutely everything you hoped it was going to be. Lol Nah

Jared Leto should be in jail btw. The guy is a pedophile.

Not a Snyder fan by any means so I was surprised by how much I enjoyed his cut of Justice League. That being said it was still a blast listening to this series of podcasts.

I wasn't a fan of the Snyder cut but... I'm kind of down for Road Warrior Batman.
