My Patreon page was recently suspended because several of my artworks didn't comply with Patreon's guidelines. To reinstate my page, I had to remove all non-compliant artworks. Additionally, to ensure ongoing compliance across all platforms where I share my work, I must undergo a similar review process as mandated by Patreon.

While I will continue posting on Patreon as usual, this incident has significantly impacted what I can create in the future. Artworks must now clearly depict characters' motives and consent during sexual acts without ambiguity, which excludes much of the more explicit content I typically produce.

I encourage you to follow my future content closely to see if it aligns with your support. Due to the suspension, I've also launched a SubscribeStar account where I offer the same exclusive content at the same price. Now that my Patreon page has been restored, transitioning to SubscribeStar remains an option for those interested but is not necessary in order to continue to enjoy full access to my exclusive content.

If you have any questions about this situation, feel free to leave a comment below, and I'll do my best to provide an answer.

"Additionally, to ensure ongoing compliance across all platforms where I share my work, I must undergo a similar review process as mandated by Patreon." That makes no sense, the way you have it worded makes it sound like patreon can police your stuff that is off patreon?

I was quite surprised when I learned about this from the Trust & Safety Team. While Patreon cannot directly remove my content from other platforms, they can shut down my Patreon account if I violate their guidelines on those platforms while providing links to my Patreon. Since I need to share those links for people to be able to navigate to my Patreon page, I am effectively bound by the same rules off the platform.

hmm, i think under those circumstances it would only make sense to close your patreon and move to subscribestar completly. If you censor your art on both platforms, i dont know if it makes sense to move over and also, as you said yourself, people might dont want to continue to keep their patronage up.

I already replied to your comment but Patreon bugged out so I don't know if my reply went through, so here it is again, just in case: "Moving to SubscribeStar has challenges that need consideration. Right now, I'm focused on keeping my Patreon page and weighing my options before making any further decisions."
