For the next painting session, couldn’t you set a clock or timer next to your camera and anytime you said something or want to show something, just mark that time down, that way it’ll be easier to find where to edit? I’ve never made a video before, wouldn’t know if that would help with your painting videos if you so choose to make those

That GR looks awesome.

But do you really need 2 toilets in there? 🤣

Are those toilets at the bottom? Never miss a turn!

Ha! I’m not the only one who sees it!!

Thanks for the update! I really like the speed reviews you’ve put out, but if it’s a game I’m considering backing/ purchasing your detailed reviews are second to none. They’ve helped me on a number of occasions so I definitely appreciate them! I’m not a painter, so I can speak into that topic, but I’d still watch any video you’re putting out there =) Also, the gaming room plans look amazing! Looks like the perfect set up for content creation and spending time with your wife on hobbies you love.

That's great to hear! My long form reviews certainly aren't for everyone, but I'm not aware of anyone else going into that detail on these things either so it's nice to provide something useful :)

That might work perhaps. Often times I don't really know what I want to show until it's over, or how to show it. Stuff like when I painted my blue/green Oni and kept messing up on the skin. I'd have marked down some times but in the end skipped over some and combined other attempts to show progress and working through the problem, but I didn't know about the problem until I got further into the painting job. Perhaps if I was a better painter lol - HOWEVER, that might still prove to be a good starting point. That being said, it just saves *some* time. The trick really is speeding each clip the right amount (5x might work great when painting lots of armor, but if I 5x painting the eyes it's over in 3 frames as an extreme example) so I alter how fast things go, and a straight speed throughout makes the video still quite long and boring in some places as I continue to paint some large area, or put on multiple layers of something so I seek out and trim it down to only portions of the paint job for each action on it.
