Roninsong Monthly Raffle details (Patreon)

Hey,  so I'm pretty sure I forgot to post about the raffle details so here we go.

1) Every qualifying Patron is assigned a number and put into an online randomizer.

2)Those who donate twice will be entered twice.  No repeat winners for 1 year

3) Winners will be privately messaged
