Ad free Spledgehammer Patreon Edition (Patreon)

So I wasn't even going to include one of those Mobile Game ad things at the start of this one for the public release, but on the 1st of the month the videogame people sent me an email so I thought why not. "Get back to me ASAP I want to release this at the weekend". They are still working on the ad copy, the dastards. In the meantime enjoy this version that does not include me trying to sell a mobile game.
