Fortuna called her "Pandora" when she attacked her at start of episode 18. Then later Pandora gave her title when as "Witch of Vanity" when she named Petelgeuse as "Archbishop of Sloth".

As you can see, even the animal IQ tiers are taken into account in the translation by the Blessing. Ground Dragons sound like Maid/Butler type ppl, & doggos also sound like your Joe from the street but happy 24/7 etc, whereas the collectivist types can barely spew out a few words without any proper syntax Also normally a Blessing would evolve as you age etc, but since Otto "sealed" it, his Blessing muscle is like your noodle arm WOW 24/7 player The black mass in the movie was the VENOM of the Black Serpent, not the Black Serpent itself

There used to be 9 sins originally (orignal 7 sins + Vanity and Melancholy) , later some pope merged these two sins into the already existing sins and we went from 9 sins to 7 deadly sins we have now. Rezero seems to follow original 9 sins hence Pandora introduced herself as Witch of Vanity.

Otto did told in season 1 that he can talk with animals, it wasn't that important so I think you guys must have missed (he was just a minor character back then)
